Therapy vs Coaching

Coaching focuses on the present and taking action towards goals, identifying obstacles to change the future. Coaches are focused on what action will be taken next to get to where you want to be to get results aligned with your dreams, aspirations and values.

Therapy focuses on the past and why things are the way they are. Therapists work with people who experience mental health challenges and want help to manage the challenges they are experiencing and may look to heal past traumas.

Coaching is not a substitute for therapy.
