The run-up to Christmas is mostly an exciting time for us all, however it can also be an anxiety-inducing time for others. It can be a lonely time and may trigger emotions that are harder to deal with at that time of year, so we have created the Positivity advent calendar to really help each other to take a moment in the morning to focus on one positive thing per day.
